1. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping within the UK costs £3.39.
- FREE shipping on all orders of £100 or more.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 12 hours of being placed.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries within the United Kingdom.

4. Shipping Locations
- We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is delayed, please allow up to 3 extra business days before contacting us.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local Royal Mail office or neighbors.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@aatrends.co.uk , with photos and order details.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
